A new report in Science magazine predicts that by 2048, the populations of just about all types of seafood face collapse. Collapse is defined as a reduction in catch of 90% or more. The culprits? Overfishing and pollution.
That means no more sushi. No more fish-n-chips, or grilled summertime salmon, and no more oysters with mignonette and an ice-cold martini.
Yikes.
